She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lane and Bertha Lane (Veinot); her husband John Sr; her daughter Diane Knight; and her siblings, Dorothy Lane, Marion Plourde, Donald Lane, Clara Hersey and Carole Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Burke of Portsmouth, Debra Sutherland of Portsmouth and John Jr of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Jerry, Jake, Faith Sutherland, Letitia, Josh, Catherine and Brittany Knight; her great grandchildren, Avery and Addyson; her brother Stanley Lane (Rosanne) of Ohio; and her cousin Doris (Carl Nelson) of Massachusetts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
