We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2024, at the age of 75, Joan Slavin Rice of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Bruck Slavin and Robert M. Slavin. She is survived by: her son Thomas Peirce Rice; her husband John W. Rice of Portsmouth; and her cousins, Susan Baker-Kaplan of Portland, John Baker of Chagrin Falls, Joe Pollock of Wilton, N. H., Sarah Baker of Portland, Katie Baker and Richmond.
