He is survived by: his father Henry Mellynchuk (Hank); his wife Jessica Titus; his children, Tristan and Anna Mellynchuk; his siblings, Julia Bailey (Sissy), Scott (Kathy) and Mark Mellynchuk (Sonja); his stepchildren, Brynn and Emmy Van Dorn; and his pets, Sadie and Lola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
