He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foucher and Lena Foucher (Rancourt); his wife Joan Cass; and his siblings, Henry Foucher, Claire Pettine and George Foucher.
He is survived by: his children, Joli Foucher (David Drukker) of Portsmouth, NH and Donald Foucher (Lisa) of Melrose, MA; and his grandchildren, Sage Marie of Portsmouth and Kara Dineen of Melrose, MA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charitable organization of choice.
