It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Lampert (Portsmouth, New Hampshire), born in Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 1, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Abraham Baisuck and Anne Baisuck (Cutler); and her children, Allen L. Lampert of East Kingston, Barry R. Lampert, Joyce M. LaRose and Irene Rene Kelly. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
