He was predeceased by: his parents, William McDermod and Evelyn McDermod (Renehan); and his brother William McDermod. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert McDermod of Somerville, MA and Kathleen Diehl of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 1 niece.
