It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Althea Dye of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCree and Elethea McCree (Kyle). She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Dye, Sr.; and her children, Antonio R. Dye (Sarah), Sylvester "Butch" Dye, Jr. (Bounleut), Marleen Taylor and John R. Dye. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and numerous friends.
