He was predeceased by: his sister Susan P Johnston (Jason Pulsifer) of West Campton. He is survived by: his brothers, James Pulsifer of Campton and Robert Pulsifer; his nephews, Ross Johnston of Campton and Douglas Johnston of Thornton; and his niece Charissa Pulsifer of Goffstown.
