He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sr Burbank and Betty Burbank (McGee); and his sisters, Lorraine Erving, Shila Webber and Judith Holt.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher (Michelle), Jonathan (Krystal) and Johnny; his siblings, Alfred "Butch" Burbank (Pauline), Cathleen Gallagher, Joyce Marden (Lewis) and Sandra Abbott (Edward); his grandchildren, Roselynn, Daniella, Jaclyn and Wesley; and his pet Chipper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
