He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Merwin and Betty Merwin of Franklin, NH; and his brother Bruce DiBartolo of Florida. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynne Merwin of Northfield, NH and David DiBartolo of Colchester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
