He was predeceased by: his parents, John Salivonchik and Olga Salivonchik (Grason); and his brother Serges Salivonchik. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Salivonchik (Fitch); his son John Salivonchik of Plymouth; and his siblings-in-law, Fay Salivonchik of Whitehall, PA and Neil Fitch (Karen) of Portland, ME. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
