He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Holly of Framingham, MA.; his parents, William Holly and Mary Holly (Comeau) of Maynard, MA; and his siblings, Mildred, Virginia Holly, Leita Rodger, Gloria Nilges, William Holly, Jr. and George Robert Holly.
He is survived by: his children, Ann-Marie Piper (Richard) of Plymouth, NH, Maureen Armstrong (Paul) of Hollis, NH and Thomas Holly (Sheila) of Clarkston, MI; his grandchildren, Kathleen Kime, Kelsey Slaney, John and Jessica Holly; and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly Stoddard, Karen Prince and Matthew Piper. He is also survived by his many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in John's name to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
