He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Berthiaume and Aldona Berthiaume; and his siblings, Eldon (Corinne), Clement "Lefty" (Claire) and Eileen Gibeau (Al).

He is survived by: his sisters, Gladys Dane (Don) and Della McDaniel (Les); his wife Janet (Sirois); his daughter Michelle (Dcn); and his pet Ella. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Our Lady of Good Council Parish, Methuen, MA or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
