She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee A. Jones and Irene Jones (McAnally); her son Richard Cook; and her brother Edwin L. Jones (Ann). She is survived by: her former husband Captain Richard D. Cook of Wilmington Delaware; her daughter Carol Cook-Glover (Kenneth Glover) of Plaistow; and her brother Paul C. Jones (Anne) of Pensacola, FL.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
