He was predeceased by: his parent Harvey Ouellette; and his sibling Nancy M. Coppolino. He is survived by: his parent Theresa Ouellette (Deveaux); his children, Shannon M. Ouellette of Orlando and Caitlin E. Ouellette of Chelmsford; his former wife Mary T. Ouellette (Markey); and his brother-in-law Michael Coppolino of Acton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
