He was predeceased by: his father Hollis A. Haseltine. He is survived by: his mother Mary F. Haseltine (Daley); his brothers, William F. Haseltine (Lynn) and Brian Haseltine of Boston, MA; his nephew William F Haseltine II; and his great-niece Hannah Grace Haseltine.
