John O'Brien Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John O'Brien (Plaistow, New Hampshire), born in Billerica, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his son Jack O'Brien; his parents, Jill Borthwick and Bruce O'Brien; his sister Jami O'Brien; and his stepfather Stephen Smoske (Maggie Ames). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, John's family requests donations be made to HeadRest, a NH non-profit that provides addiction services to those in need regardless of their resources. Donations can be made at headrest.org .
