He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Carrington (Daniels); his parents, Ralph Carrington and Sylvia Carrington (Noel); and his siblings, Ralph Carrington, Shirley Brock, Muriel Kemp and Natalie Faxon.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce, Gary, Frank Jr. and Susan Osgood (David); his grandchildren, Matthew Carrington (Katelyn), Michael Carrington, Kaila Phillips (Philip Taheny), Melody and Scott Toland; his great grandchildren, Holly, Nora, Collin, Aidan and Abbie; and his siblings, David Carrington, Sylvia McComiskey and Laurel Senter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
