He was predeceased by: his siblings, Katherine Winslow, Wes Lewis and Wade Lewis; and his stepfather Ralph Branscomb. He is survived by: his son Nicholas Dwight Lewis of Danvers, MA; his siblings, Robert Lewis of Somerset, NH, Deborah Cronin of Salisbury and Cheryl Thompson; and his grandchildren, Hailie Gagnon and Madalyn Lewis.
