She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walsh and Irma Walsh; her sisters, Susan Bishop and Maralyn McMinn; and her stepson Christopher.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd; her son Michael McCarthy, Jr. of Nashville, TN; her grandson Michael McCarthy III of Rochester, NH; and her stepson Lloyd.

Donations to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund is encouraged in lieu of flowers.
