He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William Olney; his wife Patricia Dufresne of Plaistow; his children, Richard Dufresne (Shannon) of Plaistow, Matthew Olney of Montebello, CA, Alyssa Dow (Bill) of Berlin, NH and Amanda Saunders (Michael) of Tilton, NH; his mother Lilly M. Olney of Montebello; and his sisters, Judy Aldrich of Gorman Texas, Janet Welch of Las Vegas and Mary Sue Shandrew. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his name may be made to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA.
