He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard D. O'Neil, William and Claire Smith. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca S. Smith (O'Neil); his brother William M. Smith of Haverhill, MA.; his father Michael L. Smith; his siblings, Jacqueline P. Hanscom of Dover, NH, Michael Smith Jr. of Lebanon, ME, Michelle Smith of Dover, NH, Matthew Smith of Rochester, NH and Marc Smith of Rochester, NH; his nephews, Chad, Colby Hanscom and Jack O'Neil Smith; and his grandmother Sondra O. O'Neil of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
