He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Leavitt (Bockus); and his son Jackson Leavitt. He is survived by: his parents, Reuben Towle Leavitt and Helen Maude Leavitt (Osgood); and his children, Jerry Leavitt (Dotty) of So, Shelley Rill of Rochester and Kim Foster (Peter) of Pembroke.
