He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Madsen and Christopher Madsen; his brothers, Jon Mills, Chris Mills, Ben Mills and Brian Thomas; and his grandchildren, David, Darren, Tyler, Carson, Conrad, Gracie and Daniel. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
