He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Shivick and Mary Shivick (Vitkus); and his sister Nancy Benson. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Shivick (Drew) of Pittsburg; his children, Jane Shivick (Todd Dickie) of Worcester, Mass., Thomas F. Shivick, Jr. (Sharon) of Spencer, Mass. and Michael Shivick of Rochdale, Mass.; his brother Richard Shivick (Nancy) of Florida; his grandchildren, Megan Dickie, Thomas F. Shivick III and Grace Shivick; and his friend Ronald Pocis of Auburn, Mass.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
