He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Welsh and Nola Welsh (Updyke). He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Pickett (Robert) of Frenchtown, NJ, Debra Kantorski (Chris Cwiek) of Pittsburg and Denise Welsh of Pittsburg; and his sisters, Beatrice Fresco and Wanda Mims of North Carolina. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
