He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide G. Fagnant and Laurette Fagnant (Paquette); his children, Paul and Marie A. Cope; and his brothers, Fernand R. Fagnant and Leon L. Fagnant.
He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Fagnant (Smith) of Piermont; his son Mark A. Fagnant (Karen) of Piermont; his grandchildren, Ryan Fagnant (Erin), Benjamin Cope and Justin MacLean; his great grandchildren, Mason and Kendall Fagnant; and his siblings, Rachel P. Zmurchak (Al) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Janet L. Learned (Arthur) of Dunbarton, NH and John E. Fagnant (Tess) of Orange, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
