He was predeceased by: his parents, Emeryd Gustafson and Helen Gustafson (Knight). He is survived by: his former wife Barbara 'Jean Lorshbaugh of Bradford, PA; his wife Jean Gustafson of Peterborough, NH; his daughters, Marcea Gustafson-Belletete of Jaffrey, NH and Leslie Gustafson of Raleigh, NC; his brother David Gustafson of Eureka, CA; and his grandchildren, Evelyn Porter of Chicago, IL, Alexandra Page of Raleigh, NC and Christian Page of Raleigh, NC.
