He was predeceased by: his daughter Durga Mayee Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Anne K Ryan; and his daughter Kathryn.
No services are planned, however donations may be made in Richard's memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Monadnock Community Hospital or the Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
