As Richard Philippe departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard Philippe may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard Philippe leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Breton and Rose Breton (Pomerleau); his siblings, Madelyn, Maurice, Joline and Joseph; and his cousin Connie.
He is survived by: his cousin David. He is also survived by his Nieces, Nephews.
