He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Allen and Grace Allen (Leonard). He is survived by: his wife Meredeth Johnson; his daughters, Leslie Allen and Dana Sands; and his grandchildren, Chase, Theo Ammon, Lily and Spencer Sands.
