He is survived by: his parents, Leon Turner and Clara Turner (Jackson); his wife Cynthia Turner of Peterborough; and his children, Herbert Turner (Cheryl Woodward) of Peterborough and Heidi Brooks (Steve) of Rindge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and good friends.
