He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Meiklejohn. He is survived by: his parent Gladys Meiklejohn (Gallogly); his wife Anne; his children, Erin and Thomas of Peterborough; and his siblings, Etta, Rodney of Queensland, Wayne of Queensland, Craig of Queensland and Lee of Queensland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Ian's memory to The ALS Association Northern New England Chapter, The Concord Center, 10 Ferry Street - Suite 438 - Concord, NH 03301.
