Skuggen, Heather Skuggen, Hilary Tantillo (Steve) of Rochester, NY and Jennifer Skuggen of Asheville, NC; his sister Anne Frame (William) of Redwing; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Douglas, Christopher, Valerie, Jupiter and Michele. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather and brother.
