She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stanhope and Marion Stanhope; and her sister Jane Stanhope Samson. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica; her husband Andrew Dunbar; her son-in-law Christopher Raspa; her granddaughter Eleanor Jane Raspa of Durham; her brother Peter Stanhope of Durham; her nieces, Mary Stanhope of Boston, MA and Victoria Stanhope of Portsmouth; her brother-in-law Stan Dunbar of Boxford, MA; and her cousin Susan Sharland of Cape Elizabeth, ME.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating to the American Cancer Society in Ellen's name.
