He was predeceased by: his parents, Percival Sawin and Pauline Sawin (Talbot). He is survived by: his siblings, Carlton P. Sawin of Edgewater, Fla., Nancy Michaud (Leslie) of Sweden, Maine, Margaret K. McCormack of Peterborough and Brianna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
