He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Carpenter and Helen Carpenter (Gallow); his significant other Ann Preston of Peterborough; his sisters, Gloria Pangello of Montour Falls, N. Y. and Mary Doyle (John) of Valois, NY; his children, Gary Carpenter (Yvonne Breen) of Gardner, MA, Larry Carpenter of Gardner, MA, Jason Carpenter of Fitchburg, MA, Kevin Hartwell of Boston, Hollie Champagne (Paul) of Phillipston, MA and Kim Hartwell (Rick Rossi) of Athol, MA.; his grandchildren, Kim Miller, Angela Leblanc, Alyssa Champagne, Mathew Champagne, Heather Champagne, Justin Burdick, Emily Burdick, Ashley Hartwell, Matthew Mayer and Cassandra Matthews; and his siblings, Elfa May McDonald of Reading, PA. and Maurice Carpenter of Valois, N. Y. He was also cherished by many Great grandchildren, Nieces and nephews.
