He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Blake and Marion E. Blake (Pugh). He is survived by: his wife Lydia H. Blake (Dibartolomeis); and his brother Roger E. Blake (Deborah) of Moultonborough, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
