He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Ratcliffe and Vera A. Ratcliffe (Benfield). He is survived by: his wife Gail M. Ratcliffe (Balfour) of Pelham, NH; his children, Rick H. (Nicole) of Pelham, NH, Kerrie A. Cooley (Ken Cooley) of Goffstown, NH and Molly B. Ratcliffe of Salem, NH.; his granddaughters, Kyleigh, Sarah, Kendra, Zoe and Chelsey; his sister Jean Robillard of Methuen; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie, Eileen Balfour of Methuen and Nancy Berkheiser of Michigan; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
