He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kozowyk and Jane Kozowyk (Baranowski); and his sister Janet P. Kozowyk. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kozowyk (LaFauci) of Pelham, NH; his sons, Guy R. Kozowyk of Salem, NH, Joseph R. Kozowyk (Erinie) of Tyngsborough, MA and Michael R. Kozowyk (Christine) of Windham, NH; and his grandchildren, Zoey, Samantha and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
