He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Forrest and Marjorie Forrest (Bond); and his sister Muriel Pelton. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Voter of Salem, NH, James H. Forrest (Theresa) of Pelham, NH, Joan Rondeau of Dracut, Robert L. Forrest of Poulsbo, WA, Kenneth Forrest, Eleanor Belknap and Frank Forrest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
