He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Kazalski, (Marr) of Dracut, MA and Paul E. Kazalski, Sr.; his children, Mary Kazalski and Paul Edward Kazalski III; his sister Jennifer Brown of North Port, FL; his nephews, Riley Brown and Sylas LaMotte of Dracut, MA; his close friend Jake Griffin; and his friends, Hebaa Aoun and Sherri O'Connor.
