He is survived by: his wife Constance Crooker (Fichera) of Pelham, NH; his children, Angela Terry (Kenneth Boynton) of Goodlettsville, Tennessee and Michael Crooker (Chelsea Higham) of Pelham, NH; his grandchildren, Bennet Mae Crooker, Presley and Memphis Patterson; and his siblings, Roger Crooker (Joan) of Temple, NH and Tammy Mafera (Chris) of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
