He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Coughlan and Ethel Coughlan (Kelley); his sibling Shirley Laporte; his brother-in-law Edmond "Putt" Laporte; and his niece Deborah.
He is survived by: his daughter Deanna Coughlan-Harris (Enoch) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Alyssa Coughlan (Elvin), Keiana Darcel and Richie Harris; his great grandchildren, Maison Avery, Amarri Lee and Ezequiel Joseph; his sister Maureen Perilli (Edward) of Waltham; his niece Lori; his nephews, Marty, Jeff, Doug and Stephen; his girlfriend Cheryl White; his girlfriend's son Derek; his friend Howard Treadwell (Barbara); and his niece Sandra.
