He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl L. Costello; and his parents, John J. and Ellen Costello (Devine). He is survived by: his children, John P. Costello, Jr. of Pelham, Louisa C. Crowley (James) of Hampton, NH, Kathleen Crowell of Greenland, NH and Anne Brunelle (Raymond) of Pelham, NH; his son-in-law Craig Crowley; his grandchildren, Allison, Brian Crowley, Katherine, Zachary Crowell, Alex and Sarah Brunelle; his siblings, Mary E. Adie of Dracut, MA and Kevin F. Costello (Rosemary) of Acton, MA; his cousin Margaret Russell of Groton, MA; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria O'Neil of Lowell, MA, Jean Laforest (Joanne) of Venice, FL and Lorraine Ryan (Paul) of Summerfield. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
