With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James D. Owen of Pelham, New Hampshire, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2024 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James D. Owen to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid James D. farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For James D. is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborn F. Owen and Thelma Owen (Beaulieu); and his sister Karen Annis (John). He is survived by: his daughter Kerry Owen of Pelham, NH; his grandsons, Dylan Burns of Pelham, NH and Brady Bickford of Pelham, NH; his sister Dianne Tascione (Danny) of Colton, CA.; and his close friends, Joanne M. Owen (Kiernan) of Pelham, NH and Gary Barnes of Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends including his former wife.
