She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Stacey and Louise Stacey (Wilson); her siblings, Mabel Dewing, Elizabeth Rix, William and Herbert Stacey; and her son-in-law George R. Desmarais, III.
She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Chadwick; her children, Debra Chadwick-Desmarais of Pelham, R. Gregg Chadwick of Hopkington, NH, John S. Chadwick of Pelham, NH and David N. Chadwick of Pelham, NH; and her grandchildren, Kellie, Michael, John, Jr., David, Jr., Jessica Chadwick, Ashley and Alissa Desmarais. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
