He is survived by: his significant other Debra Jo Marion; his children, Jennifer Ocana (Freddie) of Englewood, FL, Liam O'Sullivan of Nashua, Devin O'Sullivan (Jacqueline "Jackie") of Lake Grove, NY, Brady O'Sullivan of Nashua and Dylan O'Sullivan (Beth Bruder) of Port Charlotte, FL; his significant other's daughter Jennifer Ives (Eric) of Bow, NH; his grandchildren, Jake Hall, Macy, Nicholas Ocana, Cian, Ellen O'Sullivan and Cody Tibbetts; his siblings, Elaine Shields (William) of Sarasota, FL and Brian O'Sullivan of Attleboro; his nieces, Kristen McGinness (Andrew) of Davidson, NC and Jessica Terrio; his nephew Steve Terrio Jr. (TJ); his great-niece Marie McGinness; and his great-nephew Grant McGinness.

Donald O'Brien wrote a sympathy message

“I'm sorry that Donny is gone. We worked together back in the day, when he and Jay Heard shared a film camera as freelancers. When they later formed Multivision, I performed voiceovers occasionally when they were in Needham and Belmont with their longtime soundman Richard Chisholm. Donny will be sorely missed...Ted O'Brien”
