He is survived by: his wife Alberta; his brother Kenneth Kostielney; his daughters, Grace, Jennifer (Chris Donovan), Denise (Anthony LaMarca) and Steffanie (Marc Steeves); his grandchildren, Hannah, Adam, Megan, Jacob, Julia, Londyn, Phoenix, Avian, Everly, Sterling and Selah; his siblings, Dennis Sinclair and Deborah Tatten; and also, David, John, Beth and Timothy.
