He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Billings and Marian Billings; his wife Debra Billings (Plummer); his brother Clarke H. Billings; his children, Ethan Billings and Toby Coates; and his stepsons, Adam and Chester Jones.
He is survived by: his brothers, Peter Billings and Robinson Billings; and his children, Kathlynn (Chris Amaral), Clarissa Billings, Savannah Billings (Harsh Patel), Jamie Eldridge, Jeffrey Billings and Sheldon Billings. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lord Funeral Home (50 Moultonville Rd, Center Ossipee, NH 03814). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grant Hill Cemetery (12 Main St, Center Ossipee, NH 03814).
